Restore Function.
Optimize Movement.
We combine chiropractic care, evidence-based physical therapy, and hands-on soft tissue techniques to address the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms. Every plan is individualized based on how your body moves, responds, and recovers.

Chiropractic Care
Focused, evidence-informed joint mobilization and manipulation to improve movement, reduce pain, and support optimal nervous system function. Chiropractic care is integrated seamlessly with physical therapy to restore how your body moves as a whole.

Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy approach is guided by the McKenzie Method (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy), a proven system for assessing movement patterns, identifying the source of pain, and empowering patients with self-treatment strategies.

Soft tissue Therapy
Targeted manual techniques designed to reduce muscle tension, improve tissue mobility, and support faster recovery. Our hands-on soft tissue work includes myofascial decompression (cupping), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), targeted trigger point muscle work, and dry needling.
What is the McKenzie Method?
The McKenzie Method, also known as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), is an evidence-based approach used to assess, classify, and treat pain related to the spine and extremities. It focuses on how movement and repeated motions affect your symptoms, allowing clinicians to identify the source of pain and guide treatment accordingly. A key component of MDT is patient education—teaching you specific movements and strategies to manage symptoms and prevent recurrence.

Soft Tissue & Recovery Techniques We Use

Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)
Improves circulation and tissue mobility while reducing muscle and fascial tension.
IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
Breaks down scar tissue and adhesions to restore normal movement.

Trigger Point &
Manual Muscle Work
A combination of targeted manual pressure and guided movement used to address muscle tightness and soft tissue restrictions that limit motion and contribute to pain.
Dry Needling
Reduces pain and neuromuscular dysfunction by addressing myofascial trigger points.

What to Expect at Your Visit:
Comprehensive Exam
Your visit begins with a thorough evaluation to understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and contributing factors. This may include a detailed history, movement and orthopedic testing, and assessment of how your body responds to specific positions or movements. Our goal is to identify the source of your pain—not just where you feel it.

Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, we create a personalized plan that may include chiropractic care, physical therapy, and hands-on soft tissue techniques. Treatment is selected based on your condition, goals, and how your body responds—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Active Care & Education
In addition to in-office treatment, we emphasize active care and education to help you manage symptoms and prevent recurrence. This may include guided exercises, movement strategies, and self-care recommendations designed to support long-term improvement.
